Ah summer, some of our life’s most precious memories come from just these 3 months between June and September.  Warm weather, water, friends and family. When I was young I looked forward to time in the sprinklers, the beach and trips to my aunt and uncle’s house for two weeks. We camped, canoed and spent happy times boating on Beaver Lake. We fought off mosquitoes, screamed at the sight of June Bugs and spent hours shooting the breeze with our friends and family watching the Lightening Bugs come by as we sat on the back porch. It was always a special treat when my grandpa would take out the ice cream maker and we all would take a turn at the handle as we made our ice cream.  Icy and cold, it was so good!

Summer is a  great time to make time together in the office more pleasant. When production sags in the summer because employees long to be outside, consider these special incentives to make summer fun and increase production.

10)  Start a walking team to get outside and exercise.
